How was your week so far? What are your plans for the weekend?

I originally signed up to join a financial management talk this coming Saturday, March 15, but I don’t think I made it onto the official list. Well, nothing to worry about! My weekends in the past have been filled with trips to various places, so I think I’ll take a literal rest this Saturday. I was looking forward to doing some ukay-ukay in Toril, then grabbing some balut at night. The thought always excites me! I’d love to spend the time with my sister, my Echibang (my high school bestie), and, of course, my man. I hope you have a great weekend too!

Here are some recommendations I have for you in case you’re near any of these places…

Queen’s Milktealicious - I always love visiting here, usually after a morning walk with my brother in Babak, Samal. When the temperature is too high, I enjoy sipping their cold mango shake; the taste is just right for me and it’s very affordable. The store is student-friendly—students literally prefer eating here because the food is affordable and the place is cozy. A place to stay when you simply want to spend time with friends and loved ones. Located in Sitio Pantalan, Brgy Miranda Babak, Samal.

Sagul Bistro Digos - From our rides to Bansalan and back, we dined in Digos. That was indeed a great choice for the family because I always love affordable food, and it’s already tasty. We ordered a variety of food that ranges from P200 - P350, good for 2-3 pax per serving.

We left that place full and satisfied! Their address is searchable on Google maps. PLUS, the serving time is quick!

Twin Mountain View Resort Bansalan - I’ve been there twice. Despite being familiar with the place already, we’re still in awe while on our way there. The mountains that feel like they’re touching our cheeks, the fog that covers the road (which made us feel both nervous and excited), beautiful flowers, and the cool weather—it all feels like Baguio. Even though I haven’t been there yet! But hopefully, I’ll get to visit Baguio soon! For an entrance fee of P120, you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature, an aesthetic coffee shop, and a glass bridge for an exceptional experience with nature. A quick tip: Don’t forget to bring your jacket! 😉

I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead. Don’t forget to follow my Facebook page - Embracing Tracks. Let’s keep our weekends lovely!
